Harneet Chopra earned her medical degree from Government Medical College Patiala, India. She completed her residency at Alameda County Medical Center/Highland Hospital in Oakland. She is certified by both the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Aesthetic Medicine.

She resides in Lafayette with her husband and two children. In her leisure time, she enjoys traveling, hiking and spending quality time with her family.
